I grew up fishing the waters of Massachusetts and have spent years chasing fish across the country. I could give you the long, sentimental version of that story, but let’s be honest, you’re not here for a bedtime read.

Most people land here from Instagram either The Duck Republic or Unlucky Sportfishing where I post comedy style fishing & hunting content, tell stories, and occasionally drop some useful information between the nonsense.

These days, I run highly customizable striped bass charters on the South Shore of Massachusetts. You’re getting get a guide who knows how to find and land fish, but also one who might roast you the entire trip while testing out standup material that may never see a stage.

I take safety and fishing seriously. Everything else? Not so much. On Unlucky, having a good time is top priority.
